Vent-A-Hood
Quick wireframing for a wizard on a website to guide users toward a specific product or a handful of products.
Overview
As Vent-A-Hood does a total redesign of their online presence, I wireframed a number of options for a wizard that will appear on the website to gamify the process of shopping for a high-end ventilation system.

Problem
With hundreds of products, where does a customer even start the process of selecting the hood they need for their kitchen? The wizard would allow them to work through an easy process to give them limited options based on a number of factors within their space.
Solution
I worked through a number of pathways to find the cleanest solution–the least number of “moves” so the user does not become fatigued with the process.
Ideation
There were a number of pathways to use to get users to final results, though some were quite unruly. Below are some initial strategies.
Final Wireframe
The final wireframe was chosen based on simplicity and because the final list results were a manageable number of products, sorted by pricing tiers.
